This RapidBike EVO offers us the long-awaited solution for motorcycles with EURO regulations 5, since, to adjust them, the only solution was to reprogram the original ECU.

By modifying the motorcycle's original exhaust system and/or intake system, we make more air enter and exit more easily, This results in a leaner air/fuel ratio (AFR). Motorcycles with regulations EURO 5 have a very poor AFR, which will be worsened by modifying the intake/exhaust systems.

An AFR high, implies that the motorcycle It will not run well, it will stall at low RPM, it will jerk and rattle, exhaust temperatures will be excessive and throttle response will not be precise.

The new Rapid Bike EVO external control unit, manages the injection automatically with a self-mapping system and a completely plug&play assembly.

This switchboard is will self-adjust depending on the accessories we have installed so that the motorcycle runs with a correct air/gasoline mixture.

Having a correct AFR is fundamental for proper engine operation. We will avoid jerks and rattles at low RPM, we will have an immediate throttle response, exhaust temperatures will decrease and we will get an increase in power..

Technical Features:

Injection:
The new Rapid Bike EVO manages injectors with the possibility of varying the quantity of fuel injected (duty cycle) from -100% to +150%, mapping customization with 320 intervention points, rpm values in 50 rpm steps and advanced state-of-the-art functions in map management. It also includes the function of selecting maps while riding, using a special handlebar selector (optional).
Lambda Probe Modulation:
The most important new feature of the new Rapid Bike EVO is auto-adaptation: the module controls and adjusts the carburettor automatically, by automatically processing a correction map that works while the motorcycle is being used, always obtaining a perfect set-up, instant by instant. The connection to the original Lambda probe has two purposes:

1st - Read the probe signal, to check the air/fuel ratio in real time

2º - Intervene on the signal sent to the original control unit, "tricking" the present unit to allow the correction of the injection, thus obtaining the best performance
