Shipping methods and transit times.

- Once the customer makes the purchase, we promise to send the order within 24 hours provided that the order has been placed before 4:00 p.m.

- For the Urgent Shipping of Correos Express 24h to be effective, the order must be placed before 4:00 p.m. that same day.

- It should be taken into account that in remote or difficult-to-access locations, the previous times may be lengthened.

- We are not responsible for failed deliveries, if the address is incorrect, the package will return to our warehouse and you will have to pay for shipping again. Please check your address before ordering.

- Sometimes destination countries may temporarily hold packages in customs, which lengthens shipping times a bit. We are not responsible for these delays.

- Make sure you write the correct address in the order, use a language that is with European letters. For example, Greek and Russian letters will be automatically translated and could cause problems.
