If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 15 days of receipt. We will not be able to accept return requests if 15 days have passed after the delivery of your order. On all returns (except defective items and wrong items), s€7 will be charged for each item as management fees, which will be deducted from the final refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.

On our main page there is a search engine that redirects to compatible products according to brand, model and year. If you have purchased an incompatible item by mistake and want to process a return, €7 will be charged for each item as management fees, which will be deducted from the final refund. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
All items are inspected before they are shipped. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, package and your order number, and we will send you a new part once we have verified the information. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, you will be given store credit or a full refund of the amount you paid.
If you receive a package and it doesn't include all items, don't panic. Items are sometimes shipped separately due to weight restrictions / coming from a different warehouse. If after a few days/week after receiving the first package you haven't received the missing items, just email us at email@example.com with your order number and the items received, and we'll get back to you as soon as they can.
You can cancel your order within 20 hours of purchase. However, if 20 hours have passed after your order was placed, we cannot cancel your order, but we will always help you in your situation.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change it, but we will always welcome a return if you wish.
If the order has been processed, even if it is within the 20-hour window, you will have to wait for the product to return it.
