Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. We cannot accept return requests if 14 calendar days have passed since your order was delivered. For all returns (except for defective/incorrect items), a €7 handling fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the final refund. Consumable products such as oils, sprays, or filters cannot be returned if they have been used. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All items will be checked to ensure they are in perfect condition, with no marks or signs of use or tampering. If any of the aforementioned signs are found, the return will not be processed, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
All items are inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@fueldongle.es within 72 hours of receipt, along with clear images and your order number. We cannot process defective merchandise after 72 hours. For defective items, you will have the option of receiving a replacement part.
INCOMPATIBLE ITEM PURCHASE MISTAKE
On our homepage, there is a search engine that redirects to compatible products by brand, model, and year. If you purchased an incompatible item by mistake and wish to process a return, a €7 handling fee will be charged, which will be deducted from your final refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
All items are inspected before shipping. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@fueldongle.es within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, packaging, and your order number, and we will send you a replacement once we have verified the information. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, you will be given store credit or a full refund of the amount you paid.
MISSING ITEM
If you receive a package that doesn't include all the items, don't panic. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions or from a different warehouse. If you haven't received the missing items within a few days of receiving the first package, simply email us at info@fueldongle.es with your order number and the items you received, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
CUSTOMIZABLE ITEMS
Returns for items customized in colors, sizes, etc. will not be accepted.
ORDERED ITEMS
The product description will indicate whether the item needs to be ordered from the factory or, in other words, a made-to-order item. All of these items are non-returnable.
PURCHASES ON OTHER PLATFORMS
If you make a purchase on another sales platform outside of this website (Wallapop, eBay, etc.), the return must be processed using the methods of that sales platform, and their return conditions will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order within 20 hours of purchase. However, if 20 hours have passed since your order was placed, we cannot cancel your order.
If you wish to change or add an item to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
If the order has been shipped, even if it's within the 20-hour window, you'll have to wait for the product to arrive and return it. If you refuse the order, additional shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund.
