    0. Generalities

    FuelDongle® (hereinafter “FuelDongle”, “us”, “us”, “our”) manages this website and offers, through it, information, tools and services conditioned on the full acceptance of these Terms of Service (hereinafter, the “Terms”), as well as any additional policies mentioned or accessible by hyperlink (for example, Shipping Policy, Return and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy).

    By accessing the website and/or making a purchase, you (the “User" either "customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with their content, do not use the Site or Services.

    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

    14. Compensation

    You accept indemnify and hold harmless FuelDongle® and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or the law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

    15. Divisibility

    If any provision is declared void or unenforceable, it shall be will adapt to the extent necessary without affecting the validity of the remaining clauses.

    16. Resolution

    We may terminate this agreement and/or deny you access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. Previously accrued obligations (including payments) will subsist after the resolution.

    18. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SpainFor any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Gijón (Asturias), unless there is a mandatory rule to the contrary (for example, consumer protection).
