Kove 800x Full Performance FuelDongle® Kit

Description

The Performance FuelDongle® + BOOST + IXIL Kit for Kove 800X brings together the four fundamental components to achieve maximum engine performance, improve throttle response, and optimize both the intake and ECU operation.

This kit has been developed to work as a set, eliminating the limitations of the stock configuration and adapting the electronic management to the new intake and exhaust conditions.

The inclusion of the high-performance BOOST® intake box allows for a considerable improvement in airflow to the engine, taking full advantage of the potential of the electronic reprogramming and the catalyst-free exhaust system.

The kit consists of:

• Specific IXIL KIT3153C1 catalyst eliminator for Kove 800X.

• High-flow air filter + specific BOOST® Airbox for Kove 800X.

• Performance FuelDongle® ECU specific for this configuration on the Kove 800X.

Features

The Performance FuelDongle® ECU is delivered fully programmed and ready to install, with no need to send in the original ECU or perform any additional configuration.

It is developed specifically to take full advantage of the combination of the catalyst eliminator, high-flow filter, and BOOST® intake box, achieving optimized performance compared to the original configuration.

The BOOST® Airbox replaces the original intake system with a higher-flow solution, designed specifically for the Kove 800X. Its design allows for more efficient air intake, improves throttle response, and provides a sportier intake sound.

Additionally, it facilitates access to the air filter for maintenance, an especially interesting advantage for motorcycles used for off-road riding, trail routes, and dusty or muddy conditions.

Thanks to our specific electronic calibration, injection and ignition maps are optimized to take advantage of the increased airflow and reduced exhaust restrictions.

The ECU can be swapped directly for the original, allowing the stock unit to be kept unmodified.

The result is a complete intake, exhaust, and electronics upgrade, designed to get the most out of the Kove 800X engine, improving its power, torque, acceleration, and general behavior.
