Description:
The MALOSSI O2 Controller 5519172B acts on the signal from the lambda probe to modify the management of the air/fuel mixture during operation in closed loop. Allows the carburetion to be enriched by approximately 5% during transients, especially seeking to improve response, acceleration and operation at low and medium speeds. It does not intervene at full throttle.
It works like this autonomous and does not need calibration after assembly. It can be installed on both stock motorcycles and in preparations and does not necessarily require a Malossi Force Master control unit. For broader control of carburetion, Malossi recommends combining both devices.
IMPORTANT IN EURO 5+ WITH TWO LAMBDA PROBES: Both probes must be kept installed and the O2 Controller must be connected to the probe located before the catalyst, closest to the exhaust manifold.
