Exhaust Servo Emulator / Controller Kit - ESE-SW-BM1 x 2 for BMW

Description

The HealTech ESE-SW-BM1 x2 dual kit is specifically designed for the BMW R18, which is equipped with two electronically controlled exhaust valves.

This set includes two ESE-SW-BM1 controller/emulators, one for each servomotor, allowing you to manage the operation of both exhaust valves and modify the motorcycle's sound according to the rider's preference.

Thanks to their three-position switches, it is possible to select between keeping the valves closed, restoring their original operation, or leaving them completely open, without triggering electronic errors related to the servomotor in the ECU.

• Valve Closed: keeps the exhaust valve completely closed to reduce noise levels.
• Factory Mode: returns control of the valve to the ECU, maintaining factory operation.
• Valve Open: keeps the valve completely open for a more intense and direct exhaust sound.

Important

The BMW R18 has two exhaust valves, so this kit includes the two modules needed to manage both servomotors.

Each controller uses its own switch, allowing the operating mode of each valve to be selected independently.

⚠️ The use of the valve open or closed mode may affect noise levels and the motorcycle's homologation. For road use, the homologated configuration must be respected.
