    Description:

    The POLINI Hi-Speed Evolution 241.701.1 is one of the most complete transmission kits for Yamaha T-MAX 530 and 560, developed to improve acceleration, response and speed, maintaining reliable operation of the transmission.

    Unlike a conventional variator, it uses pulleys with specific angles that allow increasing the useful travel of the belt. It also incorporates a patented lubrication system, bolt with treatment DLC and reinforced contrast spring with anti-torsion system EVO Slider. 

    The kit includes the Polini Evolution specific aramid strap, reference 248.089, whose dimensions are specifically developed to work with this drive.

    IMPORTANT ABOUT ASSEMBLY AND CONFIGURATION

    T-MAX 530 2017: POLINI expressly indicates to mount the rollers 12 g and 14 g alternating with each other. 

    The included belt is specific for the Evolution variator. POLINI distinguishes between the aramid strap of original measurements 248.086 and the Evolution 248,089, of specific dimensions for this system. 

    For assembly, they must be reused gaskets, plate and original grease cover. The guides should also be checked for wear and replaced with original spare parts if necessary. The system uses for lubrication of the rollers the same grease as the original variator. 

    Crankshaft nut tightening torque indicated by POLINI: 160 Nm.
