    Description:

    He MALOSSI® Multivar 2000 It is a high-performance variator developed to improve the operation of the CVT transmission of the Zontes 368, achieving a faster response, more powerful acceleration and smoother, more progressive operation.

    The specific design of the roller tracks optimizes the engine's operating range, keeping it in a more favorable part of its power curve during acceleration. This primarily translates into a improved response and recoveryespecially when opening the throttle from low and medium speed.

    The pulley half is made of aluminum-silicon alloy and CNC machinedwith a high-precision finish. It also incorporates a self-lubricating sintered steel bushing, a hard chrome-plated steel hub, and rollers. MALOSSI HTROLL high resistance.

    The kit includes 8 HTROLL rollers of 25 x 14.9 mm and 11 grams, in addition to the MALOSSI white contrast spring, allowing for a configuration developed specifically for this transmission.

    Important: A variable frequency drive (VFD) does not, by itself, increase the motor's power. Its function is optimize how that power is transmitted and used, modifying the operating regime of the CVT transmission to primarily improve acceleration, response and recovery.
