    Description:

    He MALOSSI® Multivar 2000 5117861 It is a high-performance variable frequency drive developed for the Yamaha X-Max 300 and Tricity 300designed to improve the performance of the CVT transmission and achieve a Faster acceleration, greater linearity of change, and a more consistent response compared to the original variator.

    The pulley half is made of CNC machined aluminum-silicon alloywith a specific profile on the roller tracks to optimize transmission movement. It also incorporates a sliding ring of self-lubricating sintered steel and a steel cube with a coating of hard chromedesigned to reduce wear and maintain precise operation.

    The Multivar uses rollers MALOSSI HTROLL High-strength calibrated parts. For reference 5117861, MALOSSI specifies 8 rollers of 25 x 14.9 mm and 8 grams.

    It is an excellent option for both completely stock scooters and for modifications with exhaust, intake or additional modifications, allowing optimization of the transmission's operating range.

    Important: The variator does not directly increase the motor's power. Its function is optimize how available power is transmitted and utilized, mainly improving the acceleration, response and performance of the CVT transmission.
