    Description:

    The POLINI Hi-Speed 241.735 It is a sports variator 8 rollers developed to improve the performance of the Yamaha T-MAX. It is Polini's first level of transmission preparation for this model, seeking a Faster exit, better acceleration and reaching maximum speed sooner, maintaining a relatively simple installation. 

    One of its most important points is the Polini patented lubrication system. The bolt has a large internal grease reservoir and a special spring that allows it to be distributed constantly even under demanding conditions of use. In addition, the bolt receives treatment DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) to reduce friction and increase wear resistance. 

    The roller tracks receive a specific polishing treatment and the rollers are coated with a mixture of nylon and aramid fibers to improve glide and durability.

    IMPORTANT ABOUT SETUP

    POLINI supplies two complete sets of rollers in order to modify the behavior of the transmission:

    • 14 g → Touring configuration: quieter operation and lower rotation speed.
    • 12 g → Sport configuration: Higher speed and sportier response, prioritizing acceleration.

    Unlike the 241.701.1 Over Range that we saw before, this 241.735 DOES NOT include strap. Polini catalogs the aramid strap separately 248.086 of original measurements and the Evolution 248.089 of specific measures.
