    Description:

    He POLINI® Hi-Speed 241.741 It is a high-performance variable frequency drive. 12 rollers developed for the Yamaha X-Max 300 and Tricity 300compatible with versions Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 5+Its objective is to optimize the operation of the CVT transmission, achieving a faster response, more reactive acceleration, and a smoother, more progressive power delivery.

    The configuration of 12 rollers This allows for more even weight distribution, resulting in better variator balance, smoother operation, and reduced vibrations. Furthermore, each POLINI variator is individually balanced during manufacturing.

    The Hi-Speed incorporates a patented lubrication system and a bolt made of coated steel DLC (Diamond Like Carbon)Its internal grease reservoir and specific spring maintain constant lubrication even under demanding operating conditions, reducing friction and increasing reliability.

    The rollers are manufactured with a technical mixture of nylon and aramid fibersoffering high resistance to wear, temperatures and the stresses inherent in transmission.

    The kit comes ready to install and includes pulley, guide plate, 12 rollers of 25x11 mm and 7 grams, contrast spring with increased load by 10% and pin.

    Important: The variator does not directly increase engine power. Its function is to optimize the operation of the CVT transmission to make better use of the available power, primarily improving acceleration, passing power, and responsiveness.
