    Description:

    He POLINI® Maxi Hi-Speed 241.770 It is a high-performance variable frequency drive. 12 rollers developed specifically for the Zontes 368designed to optimize the operation of the CVT transmission and especially improve the Start-up, acceleration and response of the scooter.

    One of its main differences compared to a conventional variable frequency drive is its system of 12 rollers, accompanied by a pulley with a new inclination of 13°This configuration allows for optimized power delivery and more consistent transmission operation.

    The bolt is manufactured in chromium-nickel steel with DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) treatment, a technology used in competition and high-performance applications that allows for an extremely low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance.

    In addition, POLINI incorporates a grease reservoir integrated into the internal spring-loaded boltDesigned to continuously distribute lubricant even under demanding operating conditions, this helps maintain consistent variator performance and reduces the need for frequent adjustments.

    The kit comes with 12 rollers of 25 x 11 mm and 8.3 grams, configuration developed by POLINI specifically for this drive.

    Important: The variator does not, by itself, increase the motor's power. Its function is Optimize the operation of the CVT transmissionallowing the available power to be used differently to primarily improve acceleration and response.
