    Description:

    The POLINI Maxi Hi-Speed Evolution 241.701 is Polini's high-performance variator for Yamaha T-MAX 530 and 560, developed to achieve maximum acceleration, better response and greater use of the transmission development. Polini places it above the Hi-Speed ​​241.735 as its Evolution option for those looking for greater performance. 

    Use half pulleys Air Speed with specific geometries and an angle of 12,5°, designed to increase the useful travel of the belt. It also incorporates the patented Polini lubrication system, with nickel-chrome steel bolt and treatment DLC, reducing friction and improving wear resistance.

    The set uses a reinforced contrast spring together with the EVO Slider anti-torsion system, designed to maintain more stable transmission operation during hard acceleration.

    POLINI has the strap Evolution 248,089, developed specifically to work with the variator 241.701. This belt has specific dimensions for the Evolution system and Polini expressly indicates that It should only be mounted with the variator 241.701. 

    If you want the set that already includes the variator and the Evolution belt, the correct reference is 241.701.1.

    IMPORTANT ABOUT THE ROLLS

    The variator includes two sets of rollers, 12g and 14g.

    In the T-MAX 530 2017, POLINI expressly indicates to mount the rollers 12 g and 14 g alternating with each other.
